🙌 It doesn't matter what month of the year it is or what day or time it is, you can begin implementing small habits whenever - 4 days into the New Year, mid week, on a Saturday evening - who cares.

You just have to START. Here are some tips - save these in your back pocket when you're ready to take on a new challenge & implement new habits.

  1. Start Simple: Begin with manageable habits, like a 10-minute daily walk, or adding a serving of veggies to each meal.

  2. Consistency Over Intensity & Be Realistic: It’s more effective to consistently practice small, healthy behaviors than to jump into intense, unsustainable routines. Set realistic goals to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.

  3. Build Upon Basics: Gradually add more challenging elements to your routine as small habits become a natural part of your day.

  4. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge each step you take towards your larger goal. These small victories are worth celebrating! 🎉

  5. Nutrition and Fitness Go Hand-In-Hand: Remember, making small dietary changes can significantly enhance your fitness results.

  6. Keep Showing Up: The power of small habits lies in showing up every day. It’s about the cumulative effect of daily choices over time.
